Project Update: Distributors Holding Company

Architecture, Inc. recently took on the renovation of 60 S. Front St. for Distributors Holding Company’s offices. The renovation was the second project we have completed in the three-bay building formerly owned by Memphis personality Prince Mongo.

We’re excited to be the architect of record for the complete renovation of the downtown Crowne Plaza Hotel. Located between Second and Third Streets and close to I-40, the hotel is poised to become one of the premier properties in Downtown Memphis. The plans include upgrading all of the rooms and the entire ground floor, along with several other updates.

Project Update: Mallory-Neely House

The Mallory-Neely House is back! Or, really, it never left. While it sure looks good for being more than 150 years old, we’re going to make it look even better.

Built around 1852, the Mallory-Neely House is located at 652 Adams Ave. in Victorian Village, an area formerly known as “Millionaires’ Row.” It underwent several renovations in the late 1800s and became part of the Pink Palace Family of Museums in the mid-20th century after its last resident, Daisy Neely Mallory, passed away.

Project Update: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee

After helping Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee with the replacement of all the glass in their building last year, the team is back together for a variety of improvements – including repairs and enhancement of the enormous concrete steps on the main facades of the building.
